César Emilio Peralta left the country on a Tuesday in August, on the days that the Dominican authorities carried out various raids. He moved in a high speed boat that took him to Venezuela.
According to a report provided to N Digital, César El Abusador was protected by the head of a criminal gang named Miguel Angel Pana, aka “Toyo.”
Some time later César was taken to Cartagena, Colombia, by the person who safeguarded him.
His “luck” ended when “Toyo” was killed, on October 21, by alleged hitmen.
The report revealed that the Abuser was managing an agreement with the United States, which failed to materialize due to the execution of his protector.
Among César’s requests for the agreement was the release of his wife, Marisol Franco, the return of some of his property, instead he would say who his accomplices were in the Dominican Republic.
Miguel Ángel Pana, “Toyo“, died during a shooting in northern Barranquilla. The local authorities offered a reward of 5 million pesos to those who offered information to help clarify the facts of the death that turned out to be violent.
Toyo was pointed out as a dangerous drug dealer guajiro.
