The name of “Cesar El Abusador” comes out again among the defendants of the David Ortiz case

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic – In the video that circulates on social networks where Víctor Hugo Gómez Vásquez appears, alleging that he did not send Sixto David Fernández (El Modelo) to death, he mentioned that his cousin was very close to a person named “Cesar El Abusador“.

“He and César the abuser are very close friends, they usually walk together, they even introduced me personally,” Hugo Gómez exclaimed in the video.

According to several journalistic records, in April 2008 the National Directorate of Drug Control (DNCD) arrested César Emilio Peralta, alias “El Abusador“, who according to the agency was linked to the clubbing business and was, at the time, part of from an organization that had ties with the brothers of convict Rolando Florián Féliz.

The DNCD also cataloged at that time to Peralta as the head of a supposed network of drug traffickers who received shipments of cocaine in Baní.

Until then, Peralta had five chips in the DNCD.

After that, “El Abusador” remained out of the public arena until in 2014 the National Police arrested him for being accused of wounding Manuel Enrique Ovalles Tapia, on October 8 of last year, in the parking lot of a hotel located in the Máximo Gómez

He was also accused of having wounded the Venezuelan Federico Alberto Granado Sambrano, in the middle of an incident recorded in a shopping plaza on Roberto Pastoriza Street, in the Ensanche Naco.

The name of Cesar did not return to the press until after the attack where the baseball player David Ortiz was wounded, public rumors indicated him as the person who could have been behind him since he supposedly had conflicts with the expelotero.

That led to Peralta recording a video for social networks denying being able to do something similar and said to be very good friend of David Ortiz.

Although the Dominican authorities denied that version, “The abuser” did not leave the pages of the press because on June 12, lawyer Carlos Rubio denounced that he threatened to kill him through his Twitter account.

Listin tried to communicate with Peralta on that occasion and was refused to offer any statement.

The video where Víctor Hugo Gómez Vásquez makes his assertions was posted on social networks by lawyer Carlos Rubio.
